About PA CareerLink®:

Launched in July 2012, PA CareerLink® is part of Pennsylvania's initiative to improve how job-seekers find well-paying jobs and how employers find skilled candidates. This easy-to-use job-matching system aims to bridge the gap between job-seekers and employers.

For Job-Seekers: PA CareerLink® allows you to search and apply for jobs across Pennsylvania or in your local area. You can create and upload a resume, making it available to thousands of employers. The website will also suggest jobs based on your preferences. It automatically tracks your job-search activities within PA CareerLink®, and you can also record any outside job-search efforts. All these features are free.

For Employers: Employers can easily search for job seekers on PA CareerLink®. You can create job postings and connect with candidates for free. You'll get detailed information about job seekers and can sort and filter them to manage your referral lists. All your hiring activities are managed from your Dashboard. PA CareerLink® also offers On-the-Job Training (OJT) funding and organizes job fairs to connect employers with qualified candidates.
